National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Re-Exam OMR Answer Sheet on its official website for candidates appearing in the undergraduate medical entrance examination. As per the official notification, the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam was successfully conducted on 21 June 2026. The last date to submit the online application form was extended up to 11 March 2026. Aspiring medical candidates can easily check their re-exam OMR Answer Sheet by logging into the Jai Hind Result portal using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth.
